4 Jan 2016 - Congratulations to Marco Fonnesu, Dan Stokes and Joris Eggenhuisen
The last BSRG AGM in Keele was a great success for TRG students who won all the awards available to postgraduate students.
Marco Fonnesu was awarded the BSRG Harold Reading Medal for the best postgraduate publication of the year for his paper "Short length-scale variability of hybrid event beds and its applied significance" and Dan Stokes won the postgraduate poster price.
Also, TRG Associate (and former TRG PhD student) Joris Eggenhuisen won the BSRG Roland Goldring Award, which recognises noteworthy published research in any field of sedimentology by candidates within ten years of the commencement of their research career.
